A burglar alarm is a powerful deterrent to potential intruders. A modern bell box at the front of a building with a flashing light sends a very clear message: this building is protected.

Being NSI/NACOSS approved, all of our systems comply with the latest British and European Standards and insurance requirements.

Systems can be connected to a Central Monitoring Station (also known as Alarm Receiving Centre) so that if your alarm activates, keyholders and the police (if appropriate) can be contacted.

Intruder alarms can also come with panic buttons, meaning that the alarm can be activated and police called at the touch of a button in the case of a real emergency.

We can also design systems which will keep the perimeter of your property alarmed, whilst you carry on as normal inside.

At Garfield we offer a large range of intruder alarm equipment so that we can tailor a system to each individual customer. The design of our systems take account of all issues such as family pets, draughty buildings, flat roofs, lots of individual users and so on.

All our engineers are highly trained, meaning that our alarms are installed with the greatest attention to neatness. Where cabling would be obtrusive, we can provide wire-free equipment. This means that having an intruder alarm need not interfere with the appearance of your premises.

Our system design also takes account of the prevention of false alarms, giving you a system which is reliable and robust, as well as being user-friendly. Once installation is complete, our engineer will provide you with training on how to use the system and there is always an engineer on call, 24 hours a day, to help with any issues you may have.

Once the alarm system is installed, we provide regular maintenance which includes a 24-hour call-out service. We pride ourselves on the fact that our post-sales customer care is second to none.
